New Week.... New exciting stuff!

A whole week has passed and I will be DJ-ing at The Candy Bar again tonight! 9pm till late!

Last week was great but I had to use my laptop...in 6 years i have NEVER used a laptop to DJ so I was really worried!
It certainly saves the stress I have every week searching for songs in my case of hundreds of discs! I didn't like it though,  I felt I was cheating and felt people were judging me! (yes I suffer from paranoia haha!)

The main issue I had was I was situated at the end of the bar so I had various customers asking me for a drink... change etc- I started to lose my patience and didn't want to use the highly pretentious line 'Do you not know who I am?' so my wonderful best friend/roadie/groupie/number one fan Carrie fashioned a wonderfully CLEAR name tag artistically written in eye liner so this problem would not happen! ***

Once the name tag was clearly situated on my chest I had a fantastic night and there was a great group of people.
I'm really psyched to get downstairs and get on the decks tonight with my head phones as I certainly missed them last week!
